The proposed Clean Air Act (Bill C-30) does not provide adequate means to address air quality concerns and greenhouse gas pollution in Canada.

The House of Commons legislative committee convened to study Bill C-30 has an important opportunity to strengthen this Act and to protect Canada’s environment. As CAN Canada members submit briefs to the Committee, they will be posted here.
